Patrizia Vignola

Patrizia Vignola is an artist who's most natural artistic abilities are in drawing the human form. Her drawings exemplify an innate sensibility and understanding of the figure, from it's subtle gestures to it's most extreme dynamic movements. While maintaining structural and anatomical accuracy her drawings exude with expressive movement and emotional content making her figures feel alive. Patrizia received her BFA from FIT and worked for two years as an Illustrator. Having a professional change of heart she went to Florence, Italy to study the drawing and painting techniques of the masters. She then returned to the states and earned her MFA from The New York Academy of Art.  Ms. Vignola has taught privately, as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University and in the Academy's CE program for four years. She has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions.
