Larry Neil Mullins

Mr. Mullins is currently a forensic specialist for the Center for Missing and Exploited Children and has worked there since 2000. His responsibilities there include: facial reconstruction of unidentified remains, skull reconstruction (2-D, 3-D and digitial), age progression and regressions for law enforcement and fugitive updates.

In addition, he has worked for the Smithsonian Institutre, most recently rendering a facial reconstruction of a Tibetan monk. He currently consults and conducts seminars for various law enforcement and state government agencies.
